newaquarelle is a company completely export focused situated in Ezzahra, close to Tunis. The company is specialised in subcontracting high quality lingerie and swimwear (lace cut and manufacturing).

newaquarelle was created in 2000 by a French expatriate couple who have lived in Tunisia since the 1980s: Hervé and Karine Le Noël.
After a 25-year experience in the textile industry for companies such as Petit Bateau® et Bermudes®, Hervé is now the managing director of the company.
Having a diploma in “Textile and Clothing” with the ESIV (Higher School for Industry Clothing), Karine worked for brands such as Killy®, Absorba® et Bermudes®, and she is now the production director of newaquarelle.

Our references

Since 2000, newaquarelle is subcontracting for five brands in lingerie and swimwear, mainly aimed at high quality British and American market.

Garments made by the company

Production

Two hundred people work full time in our production facility. All our line supervisors and workers have a solid experience in manufacturing.
A team of fifteen worker also master lace cutting with lace knifes.
The management of the company is French (managing director, production director, quality manager and logistic manager).
The management team is able to converse in English. French is spoken by the majority of our personnel.
The actual production capacity is 15 000 pieces per week: 88% in lingerie and 12% in swimwear.
